About

CASTAV Global was founded by Carolina Stavrositu to work with companies entering periods of growth, repositioning, and expansion.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, market perception, and execution — helping leadership teams bring clarity and structure to moments where businesses are evolving faster than the systems, positioning, or narratives supporting them.

Over two decades, her career has moved across international media, brand storytelling, commercial development, market expansion, and strategic operations throughout the US, Europe, LATAM, and APAC.

She has worked across organizations including Apple, TIME, Fortune, WPP, Omnicom, SAP and Cisco— leading initiatives spanning go-to-market strategy, international growth, content ecosystems, editorial platforms, and large-scale brand and business development programs.

At TIME and Fortune, she helped build and scale the B2B content and commercial platform into a multi-market operation, developing long-term relationships with companies including Salesforce, Accenture, PwC, Siemens, Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, Sompo Holdings, Accenture, Infosys, and HP. The work extended beyond campaigns into platforms designed to compound over time — commercially, editorially, and operationally.

Earlier in her career, she worked across international media strategy and regional market development for brands including SAP, Cisco, and Apple, supporting expansion across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. The focus was never simply visibility, but how positioning, distribution, and execution align across different markets and cultural contexts.

She also played an early role in the briefing and development of Forbes BrandVoice alongside SAP — helping shape a model that changed how executive and branded content operated inside business media.

Her work has taken her across New York, Madrid, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Bogotá, Istanbul, Davos, Moscow, Mexico City, Tbilisi and Kampala — across industries, leadership cultures, and different stages of company growth. Those experiences shaped the foundation of CASTAV: commercially grounded, internationally informed, and built around the belief that strong businesses are created through coherence — between what a company says, what it builds, and how it operates.

Alongside her advisory work, she remains deeply engaged with technology, design thinking, behavioral patterns, human connection and the evolving role of AI across research, strategy, narrative development, and operational systems.
